3/23-3/28 Update:
We have exciting news for our Coral Peak Gymnastics family. We are preparing a video and print curriculum that is adapted for home use. We are also offering reduced class sizes for students who choose to attend. Starting this week, we will have 2 groups of 4 students in the gym with a coach for each group. This will keep our total number in the gym at the 10 person maximum recommended by authorities. We are also practicing physical distancing within the gym, encouraging our students to stay 6 feet apart. Additionally, we are wiping down all equipment after each group uses it and students will be sent to the restroom to hand wash after each event.
You must sign up by email or text to bring your child to the gym this week. Please wait for confirmation before bringing your child. At this time, we are only allowing each student to sign up for 1 class a week.
Please do not sign your child up for a class in the gym if they have ANY sign of illness or have had contact with anyone who has traveled to areas of higher incidence of coronavirus, or you are going to be around high risk individuals. We will be offering make up classes after things return to normal.

Team Note:
There is some wonderful content for competitive gymnasts online.
Gotham Gymnastics has some interesting presentations on Instagram, Facebook & YouTube. I posted the Master of Sport physical training on Coral Peak Gymnastics News and will be doing some video of an assortment of things to do at home over the next couple of weeks.

We have very limited space, if your child has not attended for the past week and you want to return, you must email to get a time for your child to come this week. Please wait for confirmation before bringing your child.
Team members who attended last week should have already received your class assignments.
Please do not bring your child to gym if they have ANY sign of illness, have had contact with anyone who has traveled to areas of higher incidence of coronavirus, or you are going to be around high risk individuals.
